The Story
Handyman Property Management (HPM) was founded by myself, Matthew Villanueva in 2018, with the goal of providing outstanding handyman services & property management to Siskiyou, Shasta, and upper Trinity Counties.
My vision was for a comprehensive operation that caters to the needs of property owners, investors, and the general public - by creating a management service with it's own in-house handyman. This structure provides you with a timely and affordable response to repair needs, expedited communication for requests, and less parties involved to achieve desired outcomes. Handyman Property Management operates as an extension of the you, the client and works to achieve the goals you have for your investment.
I possesses an exhaustive history in the field of property management, facilities oversight, repair & maintenance, and safety inspections. More than 10 years of experience managing facilities for non-profit institutions, agricultural & pest-control businesses, as well as locations coordination for the film & television industry has made me a powerhouse in my field. Through Handyman Property Management I serve clients of all sizes, commercial or residential, with needs big and small.
